At Isabel Bernard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new jewelry or leather goods aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
